As Hostragons Global Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, we also acknowledge that the services we offer may not provide 100% satisfaction for all users. Therefore, we offer a refund right under certain conditions. This policy explains the processes related to service cancellation and refund requests.

2. Refund Conditions

  • 14 Day Cancellation Right: Within the legally determined period of 14 days, if you are not satisfied with the service you purchased, you can request a refund by canceling your service from your customer panel. For cancellations made during this period, the refund of the paid amount is added to your customer panel as credit. Upon your request, this credit can be transferred to a bank account registered in your name.
  • Unused Services: The refund guarantee is only valid if the service has not been used. If you have used the service, refund requests will only be accepted if Hostragons Global Limited provides faulty or problematic service and this problem cannot be resolved.
  • Domain Name Refund: For domain name services, cancellation and refund transactions are not covered by refunds due to automatic delivery to the customer after order and immediate active service.
  • Refund of Server Services: Since personalized configuration is made in all server services and provides instantaneous benefit, it is not within the scope of refund.
  • Outages: In refund requests, 50% of the total service fee is refunded by deducting taxes and the duration of use of the service (how many days it was used). The refund is added to the customer panel as credit or transferred to your bank account upon your request. Payments made by online payment are refunded to the customer with the same payment method.

3. Exceptions

  • Suspended Accounts: Accounts suspended or terminated for non-compliance with the service agreement are not eligible for refunds.
  • First Service Refund: A customer can only request a refund for the service they received from Hostragons for the first time. If you have received a service before and purchased a second service, the refund guarantee is not valid for this service.
  • Campaign and Discounted Services: Services purchased with campaigns, discounts, or promotional codes are not included in the refund scope. Campaigns are offered in limited numbers, and such services are excluded from the refund scope.

4. Legal Compliance and Data Security

  • Protection of Personal Data: Your personal data regarding canceled services will be stored within the framework of legal obligations or destroyed upon your request. Hostragons Global Limited acts in accordance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations to ensure the security of your data.
  • Legal Requirements: In necessary cases, customer information may be disclosed to authorized authorities as required by law. Except in such cases, your personal data will not be shared with third parties.

5. Complaint and Dispute Resolution
