A package upgrade is performed by creating a new, larger server from a backup of the existing server. Simply submit your request as a support ticket.
The monthly transfer quota included with your package is more than sufficient for most projects. In the Mumbai, Hong Kong, Sydney, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and São Paulo locations, AWS provides half the quota for the same package; these locations are specifically marked on the order form.
